The hand-held LabFlicker measures flicker frequency, flicker percent, flicker index, JA8, PstLM, and SVM. It requires an illuminance level of 1,200 to 11,000 lux (111 to 1022 foot candles) to make measurements. To operate, the meter must be connected to a PC using the provided USB cable and the free software "Viso Light Inspector" (downloadable at the link below) must be installed on the computer.
